THE FIRST STROKE — PREORDER COLLECTION

All products in THE FIRST STROKE collection are currently available for preorder.

Preorder Processing & Shipping

Orders are estimated to ship within 4–6 weeks from the date of purchase. This is an estimated shipping timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Preorder items are produced and prepared for shipment after orders are placed. They are not available for immediate shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Times

Once an order has shipped, delivery times depend on the destination, shipping carrier, and selected shipping service.

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.

Production or Shipping Delays

If an order cannot ship within the estimated timeframe, ILLUSTRATE® will notify affected customers of the delay, provide a revised shipping estimate, and offer cancellation and a refund where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers will not be required to accept a delayed shipping date where they have a legal right to cancel.

Order Cancellations

All preorders are final sale.

We do not accept cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, except where required by applicable law.

Customers retain their legally protected cancellation and refund rights, including those relating to qualifying shipping delays, unfulfilled orders, and other circumstances covered by consumer protection laws.
